We are a friendly group of people who meet in a relaxed and supportive social environment to learn and practise effective communication.  This includes public speaking as well as meeting procedures. Rostrum is a great place to meet people and increase your confidence and public speaking and chairmanship abilities in a non-threatening atmosphere.  We'd be delighted to welcome you as a visitor or new member.  No previous public-speaking experience is necessary.
